Franchise Operations Executive with 25 years of experience in franchising passionate about helping franchisees and franchisors build successful businesses. I have served as Director of Operations in three large scale, mature franchise brands and as a franchisee in two different franchise systems. During my time as Director of Operations I have led and collaborated with cross-functional teams including marketing, real estate, development, and education. I have led and developed remote and geographically dispersed teams of up to 17 people in territories throughout the United States and the province of Ontario. In addition to working in a company for six years that used EOS, I have also completed an EOS Integrator Masterclass, hold my CFE designation, and earned my Masters in Organizational and Strategic Leadership.
